The world needs strong leaders. The purpose of this circle is to encourage each other to take steps to improve our ability to lead. Whether it is at work, at gatherings, at home, or even on the street; through our jobs, by acts of courtesy, with careful decision, or simply by kindness and patience ; our goal is to become the leaders people around us need. We meet at least once a season in person or online.
