Our mission
The mission of All Women Lean In is to empower women. (Period) We believe through social engagement, the lives of women will be enriched as they journey through life. Objective: Reach one, teach one. Help build women and provide the tools needed to take the next step forward. Values: Power of Philanthropy, Learning, Connections and Collaboration.
Our group is committed to providing an intimate space where women can gather to network and share resources—inspiring each other to revive old goals, make new ones and move towards them. Our group has a general focus, empowerment in every aspect of our lives. We will commit to meeting, 1X a month, after work on Thursday's, 5-6:30 Eastern. Participation in this Circle is limited to Allstate employees.
