Our mission
Advergent Women of GR exists to strengthen one another’s capacity for sustainable leadership, structural innovation, and collective influence by sharing resources, insight, and lived expertise to reduce isolation and amplify the impact of neurodivergent women who are building, leading, or redesigning parallel systems, whose ways of thinking are often excluded from traditional power structures but essential to their evolution.
Advergent Women of GR is for professional women in the Grand Rapids area who identify as neurodivergent and who build, navigate, or operate within parallel systems. This Circle is for founders, strategists, organizers, technologists, creatives, and institutional disruptors who think differently and work differently. Many of us have built our own pathways because traditional systems were not designed with our brains in mind. Others are actively reshaping institutions from within. We gather to share strategy, reduce isolation, exchange resources, and strengthen one another’s leadership. Conversations focus on systems thinking, sustainable influence, structural design, and the realities of leading while neurodivergent. This is a working circle for women who are building infrastructure, not just careers.
We’re always looking for new members. Join today to be a part of Lean In’s global community.
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
