This is a circle of women in positions of teaching throughout San Antonio that wishes to promote achievement in the profession of education. Share stories of empowerment, opportunity for advancement and stories of struggle that we all share within the teaching community. Adjuncts in Texas make poverty wages, public education teachers work 2nd jobs to make ends meet and female professors at the university level have to work twice as hard to move up.
