Lean In research shows that we feel more confident and are able to accomplish more in groups and therefore Lean In circles were established as small peer groups that meet regularly (online or in-person) to learn and grow together. This circle aims to provide an avenue for S&PS team members to advance our personal and professional goals by providing an online forum to share experiences and ideas, facilitating in-person meet ups, and showcasing about new topics and skills to learn.
