generalist /ˈdʒɛn(ə)rəlɪst/ noun a person competent in several different fields or activities I've heard smart people say “I’m not as smart as the engineers” which to me is nothing more than an assumption. This group is for specialists and generalists alike to understand how we can identify value in what we can bring to the table, the need for constant learning and how we can transfer different skillsets to influence without authority and drive change in the workplace.
