The 24% Club is a Circle for those working within BBC Scotland. The name refers to the small percentage of women represented in the news, and also makes reference to the small proportion of female reporters on TV. But this is not just for journalists. It's a Circle for anyone working within BBC Scotland who wants to use peer support, mentoring and training to inspire and educate each other to make more of an impact within the BBC and the wider media industry.
We’re always looking for new members. Join today to be a part of Lean In’s global community.
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
