The WFF Lean In Circle Chapter is designed to help women engage with and support each other locally. Circles are a perfect complement to WFF’s mission to accelerate the advancement of women leaders in the food industry. The launch of the Circles in conjunction with the 2017 Women in the Workforce Study prepared by McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.org affords laser-focused direction on specific topics designed to advance women in leadership roles. Lean In Circles are small groups who meet regularly to learn and grow together, and they’re changing lives. A Circle can be a monthly roundtable at your office, a brown-bag lunch series at work, or even a virtual meet-up with people from around the world.
