Lean In Circles at Nuance are part of the Nuance Chapter of the "Lean In" organization. Our circles are led by our "Women at Nuance" group, supported by the CEO-supported, HR-driven "Women in Nuance" or WIN initiative. Lean In Circles are small groups of Nuance employees who meet regularly to learn and grow together with the common bond: the power of peer support. Lean In Circles provide participants a forum to discuss ways to strengthen their communication approaches and expand their influence.
