Lean In is a nonprofit organization and online community dedicated to helping all women achieve their ambitions. Women Who Design aims to connect and inspire the extraordinary, talented women who work (and consider a future) in the field of design. We’re here to help each other grow, to stop second guessing ourselves, to realise that our confidence is deserved. By supporting each other professionally and personally, we want to change the numbers at the top—to move more women into leadership roles.
