Moving On Up! is the vision of this chapter. Women leaders in healthcare is essential. However, the key decision-makers in healthcare are men. Women make-up 80% of healthcare workers. Unfortunately , only 40% of healthcare executives are women. The goal of this chapter is to establish a platform to encourage, mentor, partner with, and help propel women healthcare professionals, both private and public health, into leadership positions.
