Lean In is a nonprofit organization and online community dedicated to helping all women achieve their ambitions. Women In Tech Asia (http://leanincircles.org/chapter/women-in-tech-asia) aims to inspire and support talented women to consider a future in the field of technology across Asia Pacific countries. We also want to provide connections, resources, and opportunities within a supportive environment of women committed to helping each other from the world of technology to those already in the industry, to stay within the field. This chapter and circles formed within, is also aimed at providing a platform for women leaders in tech to give back. Don't see a group that suits your needs - then why not start one yourself? You're welcome to start your own circle in your country/company/social or work group. The Lean In Circle Hub provides all the materials and guidance needed to make leading a circle easy and rewarding. Each circle will agree on how to run the group - what's important is that we get together regularly and that everyone participates.
