Hi guys :) We are the UCL Lean In group. The way this works is that there are small circles who meet on their own once a month and have a discussion on one of the topics provided by Lean In. I found it very useful myself, so I want more people to get involved! From time to time we also have big meetings with Women in Management to get more people to Lean In.
