Women’s LINC is excited to present Lean In Circles at The Coca-Cola Company! women’s LINC is excited to integrate Lean In circles into our current Peers Connect Circles! In addition to peer circles based on personal interests such as children or parental needs, we are including the option to join a Lean In circle with the objective of meeting to discuss professional interests. The Circles strive to facilitate the simple yet aspiring goal of LeanIn.org- to encourage and empower women to lean in to achieve their ambitions. The Circles are small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and share ideas with the objective of providing support to group members as they Lean In. Each Lean In Circle will be independently managed by the members of the Circle and have access to a range of discussion guides, activities, and expert videos available on "My Dashboard". To increase the success of Lean In Circles, we suggest the following: -Members of a circle are located at the same office site or city. We encourage participation in all of our locations, including our international offices. -Target a size of 8-10 people. Multiple groups can be created in a location. -Have a leader and co-leader to help organize meetings and topics for their Circle -Meet at least once per month -Circles can be created based on member interests: Professional interests, personal interest, age of children…be creative!
