About Chapter SmartMamaz is a Women Network in India and Online Community. We are a multi-cultural group of parents with members from all over India. We have created SmartMamaz with the common motto of serving the community. The organization was originally founded in 2014. It is committed to encourage women in the community to share and collaborate through offline events, and offering women ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals. We regularly host meet ups and Events (targeting fresh graduates and young professional) Girls' Talk and Women Entrepreneur Events. SmartMamaz is THE platform for the Indian woman who wants to stay engaged with the world, who believes that she has a place in the world, and ideas to offer. we meet on the fourth Saturday of every month from 4-6 pm. We typically pick a topic for discussion and either self-run the meetings, or bring in external, experienced women to talk to us. We focus on women’s development and pursuit of happiness, by offering information on Self, Motherhood, Parenthood, Childhood, managing work and family Life, Lifestyle and personal issues . *Our goal is to help women learn and grow!* Well, a bit story about me. I’m an active and enthusiastic person. The idea behind “Smart Mamaz “was cooked up in 2013, as a mother of one 2 year old girl child. I wished there should be something that I could do to take the stress out of meeting other “MOMS”. And an IDEA turned into HOBBY in 2013, a Hobby turned into CONCEPT in 2014, a concept turned into a COMMUNITY… by 2015. *My goal is to help women learn and grow!* MY LIFE Being born as a woman is a blessing. Woman plays a leading role in maintain the family. Every stage in woman life she faces some challenges & difficulties and seeks support. This belief inspired me to create “SmartMamaz” - A platform for Woman Empowerment 7 Family Development. Our Expert Women Team includes Educationist, Trainer, Consultant, Artist , Doctors , Designer and Many More… My PROFESSION Myself, Rupal M Shah, MBA HR having more than 10 years of working experience. My journey of empowering and training had started in Year 2003 with Teens and Kids in Hyderabad. My organization name is Smart Gain Professionals And now I am working on Smart Mamaz, an INITIATIVE of Smart Gain Professionals from 2013 on women and family development.
