The purpose of the SHW circle is to develop an active and supportive community for women in engineering and technology fields. Our circle’s goal is to encourage, promote, and advocate for women career development. The hope is to inspire, motivate, and connect women who work in The Home Depot through multiple sessions of technical training, career blue prints, and building confidence through women empowerment.
