In Morocco, the participation of women in the workplace is declining and does not exceed 28 %. Women are key player in economic and social development in Morocco while their potential is under estimated. This chapter is opened to men and women who support women empowerment to raise next female leaders generation for a stronger social and economic development in Morocco, by offering them some tools to develop themselves and to build confidence. Our members are acting as ambassadors to make women more aware of their innate strengths and use them for their benefit and put them to the benefit of other women to gain confidence. Our willingness is also to encourage future generations of young women leaders to have confidence in themselves and make their choices to move forward. Lean In Morocco Chaper vision is supported by two main pillars: 1. My leadership in my professional environment: help our members to progress and to develop their leadership skills and build confidence : we are offering to our members’ workshops on different topics monthly basis, networking sessions to meet and learn from each other, share our experience on different professional topics. Inspirational talks 2. My leadership for the benefit of other women: our members are supporting and mentoring young female students to realize themselves and to support them to reach their dreams and goals. We are offering a mentoring program to female students to help them to reach their goals (develop self-confidence, how to build a network, etc.), specific program for the female students to develop and promote their leadership skills “Young Female Leadership program”.
