Lean In VA serves as an umbrella organization for Virginia's Lean In circles. It seeks to create a space for conversations about gender bias and the leadership gap, be confidence builders and to empower more women to pursue leadership. ​ Lean In VA organizes speaker series, trainings, and networking happy hours and Lunch N Learns. It invites experts on everything from managing difficult conversations to copywriting, writing op-eds, lead trainings that arm Lean In VA members with specific tools to confront challenges in the workplace, reach levels they have not previously thought about, become tech savvy in areas you were not before, reach your goals, take on roles as thought leaders, and feel empowered in their personal lives all while staying physically fit and healthy inside and out.
