Co-Ed Civilian The New England Navy Chapter of Lean In is working to inspire, motivate, and connect women leaders, future Navy sailors, and past and present Navy women in this region through circles. Our goal is to provide a supportive network for women to share experiences, advice, and a variety of learning opportunities in order to explore our full potential as leaders in the Navy. Through networking, mentorship, and professional development our members will find a powerful way to discuss how they can achieve their ambitions. In 2015, Secretary of Defense, Ash Carter, emphasized that “Lean In Circles and other peer mentorship groups are a proven for fostering a sense of organizational community and peer mentorship which is consistent with the goals to of DoD.” Feel free to ask any questions or give suggestions for a topic you want to learn more about.
