Lean In Fidelity Bank is an independently run group (“Circle”) that will meet regularly with the intent of providing peer support, building confidence, and gaining skills. In an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust, women can speak openly about the challenges they face in the workplace and empower one another to take next steps toward achieving their goals. Lean In Circles are a resource for both men and women regarding the issues women face in the workplace, as well as a tool for how to overcome and recognize unconscious bias and its effects on productivity at work. Lean In Circles provide a platform to inspire and motivate women to advance their careers, reinforcing Fidelity Bank’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
