The Women in Leadership ERG is focused on advancing gender inclusion, committed to educating and empowering women by supporting their personal and professional growth. We will energize, empower and enable our members to make an impact in their lives and, when possible, to pay it forward. In doing so we will help to further progress Scotiabank's path of creating a gender equal society through education, advocacy, mentorship and building confidence in our current and next generation of leaders.
