Our goal with this Lean in Circle is to develop leadership skills, retention of our highly qualified workforce, and provide mentorship to both women and men throughout NCIS. In connection with the Leadership Development and Innovation Program and the Diversity and Inclusion Program we’ve started this effort to achieve our organizational goals of planning for the future of our leadership.
