The First Lady Dining Society is leading the way for women to build a empowering female network and connect with wildly successful female owned businesses all over the world and live inspired lives. ‘We will deliver information and advice to make young women aware of their workplace rights and how to deal with challenges at work’. This is from the First Lady Society new in April 2020. The strategy has been shaped by the young women they have engaged with. Over the next three years FLS will: * Provide 120 young women with small grants to enable them to take steps towards work or training - business ideas. * Undertake high quality research to ensure the needs of young women and the barriers they face are widely understood * Campaign for the National Living * Wage to be extended to under 25s. * Engage with female entrepreneurs to build confidence and guidance. Charitable objects THE OBJECTS OF FLS ARE TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF WOMEN
