Lean In Networks connect groups of Circles and individuals. Join a Network to connect with the Lean In community and see the power of Circles first-hand.
At Schwab, we're excited to raise awareness of and promote Lean In Circles internally to Schwab employees through the Women's Interactive Network (WINS). Our goal is to inspire, educate, and empower Schwab employees to take ownership of their financial future and their career development. Circles are small peer groups, that can be comprised of 8-12 employees, who meet regularly to learn and grow. Each circle should be independently managed by the members of the circle and has access to the range of educational and experiential resources provided by LeanIn.Org. Important: Schwab employee participation in Lean In Circles or other activities and/or utilization of any resources provided by LeanIn.Org is voluntary and is on an employee’s own time. Employees must adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to the Social Media & Professional Networking Policy in the Schwab Compliance Manual.
Lean In Networks are a great way to join the community and start to get involved. Through a Network you can meet new people and learn about new personal and professional growth opportunities.
