Allstate NI is the area's largest IT Company with over 2,000 employees across three sites in Northern Ireland. With a strong local Women In Technology Allstate (WITA) group, they're keen to encourage women in the workplace and engage women into the IT sector through education and outreach services. Allstate NI were the corporate sponsor for Lean In Belfast in 2017, and hosted 9 events with the aim of empowering women in the workplace. The relationship between Lean In Belfast and Allstate NI continues in 2018.
