This Circle invites ambitious Graduates and Professionals in Germany to meet and exchange career-related tipps and tricks for a successful entry into the workforce. The first new position can be an important learning experience and a stepping stone for your long-term career. Finding the right company, who offers you opportunities for career growth and development can be a struggle, if you feel lost and overtaxed by the different choices you have to make in advance. Building a career path after Graduation is an exiting challenge, that comes along with plenty of questions: Which company is the right one for me, how can I prepare salary negotiations, what salary expactations are realistic for a newcomer, what is the best way to get in touch with my new collegues, what can I do in order to have a good start in a new city/ country,...?
