Download Discussion Guide (PDF)Body language is an important part of how we communicate, influencing everything from hiring and promotion decisions to the outcomes of political races. This meeting will teach you how to use your body to increase your confidence in high-stakes situations (like job interviews, stressful social encounters, and public speaking engagements) when personal presence matters most.
Note: Since Amy Cuddy gave this TED talk, some of her research has evolved.
