I feel that there should be a Lean In movement focused on getting women to celebrate education and caregiving- health sector jobs. If women continually encouraged to compete in traditionally male professions or have parity with men in those jobs what happens to families and mos timportantly the future of America? there will be no quality women left to raise our children or care for the sick and elderly. I think this is already happening, and it can be witnessed by the disenchatment many of us employers have with the under 30 year old set
