Our MISSION is to empower diverse communities, through education and awareness, to understand the benefits to society of achieving diversity and inclusion on government and judicial boards, commissions and authorities. We seek to support the personal and professional growth of our membership, which includes, but is not limited to, Latinas and women. Our communities can be best served via leadership in public service from the top-down. We aim to inform our membership and the greater community about disparity issues through events and professional lecture series, especially as they relate to government appointments to public boards. Our goal is to proactively facilitate our nation towards inclusion by partnering with elected and civic officials to address disparities.
