The Nanny Employer Support Circle is a space for parents who employ a nanny, family assistant, house manager, or other domestic employee and want thoughtful, peer-based support in navigating the realities of household employment. For many parents, hiring household support is the first time they have ever employed someone. There is rarely a roadmap for how to manage, communicate, set expectations, or establish best practices within your own home. This circle creates a confidential, judgment-free environment where members can lean on one another for guidance, share what has worked, and learn practical strategies for building healthy, sustainable working relationships. We’ll discuss communication, boundaries, compensation structures, performance conversations, transitions, and the emotional dynamics that come with being both a parent and an employer. Our goal is simple: to support one another in managing our household teams thoughtfully, respectfully, and successfully.
