Female Leadership Munich

The objectives of the FLM Circle are (1) to discuss different topics women face in their work and everyday lifes (e.g. female finance) (2) to support members with challenges and/or give advice (e.g. imposter syndrome, perfectionism, fears) (3) to encourage members to progress in their careers (e.g. self-confidence for job interviews, talks with supervisor, leave comfort zone) (4) to help identify hidden potential/strengths and develop a growth mindset (5) to build a group/network of like-minded women, i.e. trustworthy relationships on the basis of respect and confidentiality (6) etc. The circle is open to women of all fields of work who are looking for regular meetings. The number of circle members is for now limited to 5 (age range 35-45) and the circle lead will take place on a rotational basis (i.e. every member prepares the meeting when it is their turn). Meeting dates, topics and actions will be discussed together. Just send a message if you are interested to participate! :)
