Circles can meet in person or online, although we find that in-person Circles are the most effective. If you’re unsure, you can always change this later.
Why do we need this information?
We’ll tag your organization or school to make it easier for potential Circle members in your community to find you.
What’s in a name?
The most effective Circle names include some basic information—such as the city where you meet, your industry, or the career stage of your Circle’s members. The name you choose is also a way to help potential members find you.
What should go in your description?
Your description will tell new members what your Circle is all about. You can include your Circle’s mission and what members have in common—for instance, a shared industry, life stage, or career goal.
Why do I need to register?
You can manage your Circle using your account. Plus, we’ll send you regular updates with advice and content to help you run your Circle, and we’ll list your Circle in our directory so you can recruit new members.
Who should you invite to your Circle?
No two Circles are the same, so you really can’t go wrong. We recommend 8–12 members, but don’t be afraid to start small—just add 2–3 people and build from there. You can invite friends, coworkers, or women you don’t know as well yet.
